Please don't mind me taking the wrong way to bring it up, I just had to bring it into notice of all soonest as possible as the room (Fuzz) is losing it's dignity (I don't care about a ranking in here anymore, so it's not adding anything to me). However, I'm sorry that had to take a wrong way to make it read.

I now want to make a JETPACK:MISSING MANIFESTO, I'll take any help with writing it.....

I appreciate your efforts, Mehdi, but I think we are all being swept by this mindset that this place is falling apart just because there was a recent discussion of "charts" etc, etc.

I don't see this place going down any time soon at all, actually. EVERY site has people that sign up and then don't return. I have done it myself because people wanted money right away or it looked like another myspace nightmare. Sure, there is room for improvement, but I see that the peeps around here are actually responsive when change is requested.....much more so than any other promotional site I have been on.

But it is cool you posted this......keeping hope alive that we can be a community is the most important thing to a successful one!

Thanks for going through. I don't also have such scary feeling that this room is falling apart or at least not that fast, so all I meant by posting it was to remind myself and others that we have an unsigned oath, so let's respect it especially when we are in an artistic space. Let's prevent mishaps and help promotion of this cool space, hence every one inside.

I agree with Bette here totally. What other music networking sites do you get direct responses from the CEO and from the developers themselves in a timely manner? None that I have experienced. Call me crazy, but I personally don't want fuzz to become HUGE like a myspace or something.. then what? Usually not long after that things go to shit = a buy out by some corporation that has their collective heads so far up their asses they can't hear anything(especially music), then censorship usually comes in after that, more hacking nightmares, people setting up accts to sell pills that grow parts of your anatomy or try and get you to look at at a little peep show... all that crap... There are plenty of places (and methods) to promote outside of fuzz (and of course fuzz is indeed a great place to gain exposure as a musician), so that being said for me, fuzz is like my homebase, my cool home on the web where I can actually communicate with people, meet new people, collaborate with other artist around the world literally...real things happen here all the time...unlike myspace, imeem ++... I'm not saying I want fuzz to NOT grow or anything... I do of course want it to grow (just maybe at a slightly slower pace...?) I wish they would bring back the map from the original days where you can search by country anywhere in the world and experience whats happening in other places more intimatly and target perspective fan bases easily and efficiently... The fuzz staff includes former google people, WB people, writers from Rolling Stone, musicians that have been there and done that to death, etc... I seriously doubt fuzz is going anywhere, except into new ventures, features, and territories...

I think everything will be fine. Like everything that starts to grow, it becomes too difficult to manage everything in a swift manner. So in the meantime, it is all about having fun meeting new people and enjoying the one's that have already been met.

Yes, yes, yes, I'm with Beradley. Especially with the part about responses from the CEO. I have to say I'm getting a little tired of the whole "the world is ending" thing, which if anything, will be a self fulfilling prophecy. I know I have my own opinions about where the site should go and have aired them, but they are just opinions. This is not my site. This is not our site either. This is just a place we choose to come and be musicians. This site belongs to Fuzz and they can do what the hell they like with it. So there! ;-)

By the way, how did this blog get to number one with only a single comment a couple of days ago? lol, I don't care really, but was just curious. AND VISIT MY BLOODY FUZZPILE or I won't do it again! ;-)
